between our Charleston, Wrightsville Beach and Beaufort offices. FLORIDA & BEYOND After re-establishing ourselves in Florida last year at the Viking Service Center in Riviera Beach, we carefully attracted strong talent to lead this office in local brokerage sales and also travel throughout our markets. Our South Florida office is well positioned to support our brokerage operations for all of the East Coast of Florida while serving as an anchor for OVERTHEYEARS, Bluewater Yacht Sales has enjoyed a strong presence throughout the Eastern seaboard, and we remain committed to an active growth trajectory through optimizing our locations and hiring the most qualified support staff and sales professionals available. VIRGINIA & MARYLAND On the heels of strong results from our new locations in Gloucester Point, Virginia and at the Ocean City Fishing Center we worked aggressively towards improving our footprint in Kent Narrows, Maryland. During the fall we moved our office from Harrison’s Marina across Memorial Highway to Mears Point Marina. This change increased both our in-water and on-land exposure while providing our buyers and sellers with access to one of the Chesapeake’s most active boating destinations. Shortly thereafter, we also added several new sales professionals in our Ocean City and Baltimore offices. THE CAROLINAS We have recently welcomed several new team members to our offices in North and South Carolina and with the announcement of our Regulator territory expansion last year we began ramping up our Regulator inventory in Wrightsville Beach & Wanchese, NC. We have just partnered with Jupiter Marine to become their dealer for all of North Carolina and the Jarrett Bay brand has never been stronger in South Carolina.
