many of our mid-Atlantic based salesmen who have customers wintering their boats in Florida and throughout the Caribbean. We are also pleased to welcome back Todd Anderson as our Logistics & Customer Care Manager. In this position he helps to coordinate our boat show setups and other special events along with managing our fleet of new and pre-owned boats throughout our territories. Todd and our entire team are always striving to ensure that every Bluewater customer finds a boat buying experience and a personal level of service that exceeds expectations and is unmatched elsewhere in the industry. AWARDS & DISTINCTIONS Bluewater realizes that our organization’s success is dependent on our individual achievements and each year we look forward to honoring the top performers. In December 2014, our full team converged on our Hampton, VA office for dinner, presentationsandawardsaswellasregional and national brainstorming sessions. These awards specifically recognized Top Sales Achievements in specific categories as well as a Circle of Excellence for team members who contributed significantly within the company. Congratulations to our Sales Professionals who were recognized for their exemplary performance in 2014 and we look forward to exciting growth in 2015! STRENGTHENING THE WHOLE As part of this annual meeting, Charles Barker of Charles Barker Automotive was welcomed as a keynote speaker to set the stage for an interactive sales meeting and to officially kickoff our “Commitment to Greatness” service campaign. Earle Hall explains, “With approximately 325 staff from the Bluewater network of sales and service affiliates in attendance, this gathering served as an incredibly productive platform to meet, team-build, brainstorm and collaborate between our array of locations and teams.
