JARRETT BAY MARINE PARK Beaufort, North Carolina Photos by Luke Pearson / Lift Films SERVICE CORNER BIG NEEDS A routine bottom job on a Westport 130 requires a crew of 3-4 people and upwards of 25 gallons of anti-fouling to apply two coats. An 88' Hatteras 1972 LRC, Esprit D' IV , underwent a full repaint above and below the waterline. The bottom was farrow blasted and hullsides faired prior to primer and paint. PERFECT PAINT The 108' West Ship, Casi Cielo , recently underwent a full paint job at Jarrett Bay. The blue dye coat seen here helps ensure that every inch of hull is properly sanded and prepped prior to the new paint system application. Paysage is a 61' Gary Davis that was finished at Jarrett Bay when he joined their team in the late 90s. She is now undergoing a repower and comprehensive refit, including all new exterior coatings. The Hatteras convertible sportfish Thunder's beautiful new hull topcoat dances in the high bay's available light. 53 2020 SEASON
