Alex Proctor

Alex developed his passion for offshore fishing and sportfishing yachts at an early age while fishing out of Harkers Island with his grandfather. Those early experiences along North Carolina’s Crystal Coast sparked a lifelong connection to the water and the boating lifestyle.

In 2022, Alex and his wife relocated to Morehead City to pursue that passion full time. Since then, he has immersed himself in the local boating community—working on the docks, crewing as a mate on a sportfishing program, and earning his U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License. His hands-on experience and deep appreciation for the boating lifestyle provide valuable perspective when helping clients navigate yacht ownership.

For Alex, boating has always been about more than the vessel—it’s about the experiences created on the water. He is passionate about helping others find the right boat to create lasting memories with family and friends along the coast.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and their two dogs, embracing the lifestyle that first drew him to Carteret County years ago while representing clients through Bluewater Yacht Sales.
