The 1978/2001 Hatteras 53' Express "Fin Addict" is an impressive innovative express fishing vessel. She was completely redesigned, rebuilt, and retrofitted from the hull up in 2001 by Tom Slane. The Fin Addict is powered by twin New Caterpillar C-12.9 fourstroke inline 6 cylinder fresh water cooled diesel engines rated at 1000 mhp each. Her cabin provides a single forward master berth, a mid cabin bunk berth, and a spacious salon and galley area.
