History: The Beneteau 323 was sold new in New Orleans and has never left Lake Pontchartrain. HS Ida on 8/29/21 caused two areas of damage. A small section of the toe rail, about 3 feet in length on the port side, was replaced, and the port aft part of the hull rubbed against a PVC water pipe & dock. The damage was above the water line, and seawater did not get inside. After the storm, the water was turned back on at the marina, and the broken pipe put several inches of freshwater into the bilge. The water was removed shortly afterwards, and no additional damage was caused. All repairs were professionally completed by her second owner. She is currently Titled and Registered in Louisiana. #Beneteau, #Beneteau323, #BeneteauOceanis323, #ForSale
