    General Description

    Construction

    White fibreglass hull, painted w/ International polyurethane 2013,   dark blue boottop and cove stripe; white fibreglass deck w/ pale gray non-skid; bow and stern pulpits; double lifelines; DODGER (2012); 8’ self-bailing cockpit; Edson wheel steering; new steering cables in 2015; new emergency tiller head 2012. Sunbrella cockpit cushions.

    Accommodations

    The yacht sleeps 7 and has 6’4” headroom.

    Head: New Jabsco marine toilet (2012), holding tank and hoses (2014); sink w/ hot and cold pressure water.

    Galley: 2 burner LNG stove w/ oven; ice box; twin stainless steel sinks; hot and cold pressure water.

    The yacht has an oiled teak interior; teak and holly cabin sole (2007); fibreglass headliner; beige fabric upholstery (original). There are two water tanks with 37 US gallon combined capacity; engine and 110 volt hot water (replaced in 2013)

    Engine

    1985 Universal M25 3 cylinder marine diesel engine with heat exchanger (rebuilt 2013); 25 US gallon composite fuel tank (not original); hour meter showing about 1498 hours to the time of listing; bilge blower; Racor primary fuel filter (2014); fixed two blade propeller; new external water pump (2013); 2016 packing in shaft gland and 2016 shaft, engine mounts and cutlass bearing.

    Electrical System

    The yacht has both 12 volt DC and 110 Volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by a 100 amp Delco alternator on the engine through two selector switches to 3 lead/acid batteries: 2 house system G27 and 1 engine starting battery; BlueSea ACR; fuse panel on the DC system; the 12 volt wiring was substantially replaced in 2014. The AC system is supplied by shore-power connection; 50’ shore cord included; circuit breaker panel on the AC system; polarity indicator. There is a 1000 W. inverter/charger and a dodger mounted solar panel with controller; a full complement of engine, navigation and interior lights.

    Sails & Rigging

    2000 Dacron mainsail; 2020 135% Genoa on Harken furling; stainless steel standing rigging; aluminum mast & boom; mast is stepped on the keel; mainsail cover; 4 Lewmar self-tailing winches: 2X #46 primary sheet winches; 2X #30 on the cabin top for jib halyard and main sheet; Genoa gear; main sheet; internal halyards; main sheet traveller on the coach-roof.

    Electronics

    Standard Horizon VHF with AIS receiver and RAM3 cockpit mic + Garmin GPS; Ritchie compass on the wheel pedestal; RayMarine ST6001 Autopilot (2010); Garmin Chartpotter 721XS HD RADAR + Speed and Depth; GPS in the nav station.
