General Description
Conceived as the ultimate family motor yacht, OBSESSION was built with two master cabins, one on-deck, one below, two additional guest suites and a skylounge that can host a crowd. The design brief was four comfortable staterooms not five or six and storage, storage, storage. As such, her layout is well suited for charter including comfortable crew accommodation for six.
Don’t let the high volume of 270 GT fool you, exterior spaces are still very generous with three distinct areas including an open but air conditioned aft deck and a shaded boat deck.
Only slightly used, OBSESSION has very low hours on her C-32 CATS housed in a huge engine room with over 7’ of head room.

WALKTHROUGH
Boarding OBSESSION is via port or starboard hull side hinged gates and a nine step sea stair style ramp or onto the swim platform from a floating dock.
The Aft Deck has a huge, varnished wood table with both fixed and loose seating.
To starboard are molded steps to the boat deck, to port a dry bar. This area has teak decking and a dedicated air conditioning system.
Entry to the Salon is to starboard via a large two panel glass door. Once inside the Salon and dining area are designed to an open plan with the room being 28.5’ by 17.5’.
To port is a large four cushion sofa, a coffee table and two barrel chairs facing forward and two armchairs facing aft. To starboard is a console with a pop-up TV.
Next forward is an eight place dining table with matching storage consoles, both port and starboard. Five panel house side windows port and starboard offer ambient lighting.
Next forward is the main level Day Head, the areas electrical panel to port, and the large fully enclosed Galley with an island offering four stools for casual dining.
Further forward is the main deck landing for the elevator, stairs to the upper and lower decks and furthest forward, the on-deck Master. A king berth is centerline forward with a large head aft to port. Locker space is abundant and unique.
The lower deck is reached via a spiral staircase. All the way forward is a queen size VIP with ensuite head, followed by a convertible twin berth ensuite cabin. Opposite is a walk-in laundry room. Aft is a second full beam Master cabin with his and her heads separated by a large shower.
Both steps and the elevator give access to the huge Skylounge.
Modified from the original design, there is a bar to starboard with six swivel stools. Followed by a third level Day Head. To port starting aft is an eight place dining table followed by fixed outboard seating.
Forward is a raised five-person dinette allowing passengers a great view underway or moored.
Centerline is the five Garmin screen helm with two Stidd helm chairs.
The crew area is accessed via a hinged door in the transom. It consists of two over under cabins to port each with its own Head and stall shower. The large ensuite Captain’s quarters is to starboard with beds that can be configured as twins or as queen as required. The common area has a small galley, workshop area and a laundry.
Forward through a watertight door is the engine room.
SALON
Entered via an electric sliding glass door to starboard the expansive salon stretches forward to the aft galley bulkhead and includes the dining area forward.
To port upon entering ate two upholstered swivel barrel chairs with a four-door corner cabinet outboard. Next forward is a white fabric, four cushion, upholstered sofa. Aft is a small coffee table. Lying in front is a chrome and wood coffee table. Further forward is a timber end table with drawer and shelf storage within. Two upholstered armchairs face aft.
To starboard upon entering is a cabinet with two storage drawers above and a cabinet below with the yacht’s entertainment electronics consisting of:

Further forward is large console with a pop-up 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV and two outboard storage cabinets. This cabinet is constructed with three different veneers offering an Art Deco sunburst pattern.
Also in this area there is an inlaid marble entry foyer, an inset tray ceiling with LED strip lights, three port and three starboard house side windows with drapes and LED sconce fixtures on the mullions.
The sole is carpeted with a removable runner. There are 15 overhead LED lights, a five-channel speaker system, digital A/C controls and a smoke and fire sensor.
DINING SALON AREA
Open and connected to the salon is the full beam dining area. The sole is white marble with a black galaxy granite inlay around the athwartship wood dining table including a matching inlay of contrasting wood. Eight upholstered chairs are around the table. There is a drop-in table leaf and two more chairs in storage to allow for comfortable dining for ten guests. Overhead is a back lit tray ceiling detail with a three-fixture light centered above the table.
To port and starboard are matching consoles with quartz marble tops and four cabinet doors below. Within each console there are four drawers and twelve shelves to house all the tableware and décor items. Forward of each one is a timber cabinet to house the areas air handlers.
Above the consoles are two house side windows with shades and sconce lights to match those in the salon. Forward is a unique glass cabinet to house all the yacht’s glassware with an art niche between. Overhead are twelve LED light fixtures.
STARBOARD SIDE ENTRY FOYER
Next forward from the dining salon is the side deck entry foyer with a starboard side pantograph door. This area has the main deck AC 240V panel and the DC 24V panel behind clear glass lockable doors with three shelves below.
Forward is the Day Head.
To port is a glass front, six shelf locker and the entrance to the galley.
Further forward is the main deck elevator landing, curved steps to below, curved steps to the Skylounge and farthest forward the entrance to the on-deck Master.
This area has natural house side window ambient lighting, seven overhead LED lights and a white quartz sole with an inlaid marble design.
DAY HEAD
The Day Head has a timber four cabinet vanity, a granite countertop with a hand painted sink and faucet fixture set upon.
The toilet is a full-size Headhunter model. There is both a house side window and a mirror outboard.
The sole matches the entry foyer. There are three LED lights and an exhaust fan above.
GALLEY
The Galley measures over 15’ fore and aft and almost 12’ wide. With two house side windows and dedicated side deck entry door, plus the use of light high gloss veneers, the area has a very spacious feel. There also is a pocket door at the entry.
A solid surface island with four stools provides casual dining. Two separate work areas each with a sink let two or three people work in the Galley at the same time.

ON DECK MASTER
Entered from the aft end via an intricately inlaid door there is a smaller hanging locker inboard and a walk-in locker outboard with fifteen shelves and four hanging rods for clothes.
Off the forward bulkhead is a king size berth with four drawers below and LED strip lighting in the toe kick.
The headboard is inset with a backlit glass etching design and two LED reading lights in the soffit above.
Twin two door onyx topped nightstands flank the berth. Upon closer inspection the nightstand and the upholstered panels above are hinged to create additional storage as a hanging locker or general storage. There is a digital safe on the port side. The larger starboard side is almost walk-in. The interior is cedar lined and auto lit for convenience.
The starboard side of the cabin has a series of sixteen timber drawers below the house side windows. The port side has eight timber drawers and a vanity with six drawers, a stool and an auto lit hinged vanity top. This storage group is below the house side windows with shades.
Aft on centerline is the cabin’s entertainment center with a 43” Samsung 4K Smart TV and ten drawers below.
The cabins entertainment system consists of:

Further outboard to port is the entrance to the on-deck Master head.
MASTER HEAD
The vanity in the on-deck Master has seven drawers and a hamper below with two goldleaf trimmed, above counter, glass sinks on the solid surface countertop. Above is an inlaid tile backsplash and four mirrored medicine cabinets with three sconce lights between.
The very large stall shower has a clear glass door and sidelight, a handheld or wall mounted gold shower fixture, two lights, an inset shelf and an exhaust fan.
The toilet is a full size Headhunter model behind a glass privacy panel. Aft of the shower is a large six shelf linen locker.
The sole is large marble panels. Above are eight LED lights.
LOWER DECK COMPANIONWAY
Nine curved carpeted steps with step lights lead to the lower deck accommodations. Aft of the stairs is the lower deck landing for the elevator and two storage cabinets and a hull side window outboard.
Aft is the entrance to the lower deck Master.
Forward to starboard is the walk-in Laundry Center. Forward to port is the twin berth ensuite cabin (converts to a queen)
All the way forward is the VIP cabin
Within the carpeted companionway are forward and aft storage lockers and a unique cabinet that is best described as a woodworker’s artwork. Sliding panels reveal additional storage.
LOWER DECK MASTER
Aft on the lower deck is a second full beam Master that is just as prestigious as the on-deck Master.
Off the aft bulkhead is a king size berth with four drawers and LED rope lighting in the toe kick. Either side of the berth are extra large timber nightstands with dark wood tops. Above are backlit faux stone sconce lights set upon fabric panels. An embossed leather headboard matches that at the foot of the berth.
Next outboard is the entrance to the His/Her heads.
Furthest outboard to starboard are nine drawers and a cabinet arranged in a two-level countertop and a two-door hanging locker forward.
Above are large hull side windows covered with Roman shades. To port is a matching set of six drawers, a cabinet, and in the center a vanity with a hinged auto lit top. Matching hull side windows are above. Forward are six lockable hanging locker doors offering abundant storage.
Forward opposite the berth is a 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV and a Sonos Beam soundbar. Also in the cabin are sixteen overhead LED lights, digital A/C controls, an Apple TV, a direct TV H24 receiver and a heat/smoke detector.
HIS AND HER HEADS
With his and her heads being identical, a new owner can choose the head on their usual side of the bed from home without any gender specific features!
Each head has a timber vanity with eight drawers and three cabinets below the marble vanity top. The sink is a glass vessel type above counter sink.
Four mirrored medicine cabinets and a mirror over the sink are above. The toilet is a full-size Headhunter model set upon a Carrera marble sole with an Absolute Black inset design. Outboard are large hull side windows covered with Duette shades. Each head has five overhead LED lights, an exhaust fan and A/C vent.
The large stall shower located between the heads has two clear glass doors and side lights, a Carrera marble bench, two LED lights, an exhaust fan and a handheld or wall mountable fixture.
PORTSIDE GUEST CABIN
Entered from the forward end there are two twin beds off the outboard bulkhead with a nightstand between and another nightstand forward. By placing the mid nightstand aft and sliding the aft berth forward, the twins convert to a queen berth.
On the forward bulkhead are four drawers with a wood countertop above and two mirrored cabinet doors with shelves within. Outboard is an auto lit cedar lined hanging locker. On the inboard bulkhead is a 43’ 4K Samsung Smart TV with an Apple TV and a Direct TV H24 receiver.
On the forward bulkhead is the Ensuite Head entrance. Above the berths are large hull side windows with Roman shades. Seven LED lights and a smoke/fire sensor are above.
PORT SIDE GUEST HEAD
The head has a wood vanity with four cabinets and three drawers below a Carrera marble countertop with two glass vessel sinks. The toilet is a full size Headhunter model. The sole is vinyl plank. The stall shower has a clear glass bi-fold door, a seat, a hull side window with drapes, a handheld or wall mountable shower fixture, a light and an exhaust fan.
FORWARD VIP
All the way forward is a VIP Cabin with a queen size berth off the forward bulkhead. An embossed vinyl headboard pattern matches that at the foot of the berth. Two built-in steps make it easy to get in/out of the berth. Attractive sconces flank the headboard. Port and starboard hull side cabinetry serves as nightstands with six cabinets below.
Aft to starboard is a 43” 4K Samsung Smart TV. Aft to port is a cedar lined double door hanging locker with an auto light. Additional entertainment equipment includes a Sonos Beam soundbar, Apple TV and a Direct TV H24 receiver.
Aft to port is the entrance to the ensuite head.
Also in this cabin are LED rope lights under the berth, a hidden safe, a hidden escape hatch with ladder above the berth, smoke/fire sensors, eight overhead LED lights and large hull side windows with Roman shades. A large walk-in cedar lined auto lit hanging locker is at the entrance to the cabin.

Aft on the port side is the VIP Head with four cabinet doors, a hamper and one drawer in the vanity. Above on a Carrera marble counter are two glass vessel type sinks. Two large sliding mirrors are above the sinks. The forward area has hull side windows. The toilet is a full size Headhunter model set upon vinyl planked flooring.
The stall shower has a clear glass bi-fold door, a seat, a light, an exhaust fan and a handheld or wall mounted fixture.

Entered from a spiral stairway forward to starboard, next to the third deck elevator landing, is the skylounge. The helm is centerline with two matching Stidd helm chairs.
Aft to port is a raised L-shaped five person settee facing forward with a triangular white FRP table with cushioned cover in front. There is ample storage below the settee.
Next aft to port is a six cushion settee facing inward with storage below. Further aft is a dining table with a leaf to expand the table size. Four loose chairs and bench seating outboard allow for eight to dine in its normal size ten with the leaf extended.
The aft bulkhead has a double stainless steel mechanical door. Aft to starboard is a third level day head with a full size Headhunter toilet, wood sole, vanity with five cabinet doors and a drawer and a glass vessel sink on a Carrera marble countertop.
Next forward to starboard is a huge 14’ black granite two level bar with six swivel grey leather bar stools in front. Behind the bar are seven cabinet doors, five drawers, two Perlick fridge drawers, a Clear icemaker and an under counter sink.
Also in this area is a hinged stainless steel gate at the top of the steps from below and a black Textilene windshield cover for the windshield forward of the helm.

Entered from the forward end are two single bunks with a nightstand between. The bunks can be configured to a double berth with a nightstand either side easily, as needed.
Above the berth is a hull side window with Roman shades. At the foot of the berth is a 43” Samsung Smart TV forward and two storage lockers inboard, and a double door cedar lined, auto lit hanging locker outboard.
A 10” Garmin MFD reports information from the helm screens.
Going forward to the head there is another two door auto lit cedar lined hanging locker with three drawers below.
Also in the cabin is an Apple TV and a Direct TV H24 receiver.
CAPTAIN'S HEAD
The Captain’s head has a vanity with two cabinets and twelve drawers below a white marble countertop with an undermount China sink. Above, sliding mirrored panels reveal a hull side window. Three mirrored storage cabinets are forward. The full size Headhunter toilet is set upon a vinyl planked sole that continues into the cabin. The stall shower has a bi-fold clear glass door, a seat, six lights, and an exhaust fan. The shower fixture is handheld and wall mountable. Four LED lights are overhead.

Conceived as the ultimate family motor yacht, OBSESSION was built with two master cabins, one on-deck, one below, two additional guest suites and a skylounge that can host a crowd. The design brief was four comfortable staterooms not five or six and storage, storage, storage. As such, her layout is well suited for charter including comfortable crew accommodation for six.
Don’t let the high volume of 270 GT fool you, exterior spaces are still very generous with three distinct areas including an open but air conditioned aft deck and a shaded boat deck.
Only slightly used, OBSESSION has very low hours on her C-32 CATS housed in a huge engine room with over 7’ of head room.
