General Description

This vessel was owned by a Female Naval Commander and a Nuclear Engineer no material damage reported. I have known the boat from Norfolk to Alabama.

 Maintenace records available, bottom dive work by local diver

1. Refurbished wood paneling and trim in salon and pilothouse

2. Installed vinyl wall coverings in master and VIP staterooms

3. Installed teak & holly marine flooring in salon and pilothouse

4. Installed carpet on forward steps, companionway and in staterooms

5. Installed waterproof floor matting on steps and companionway

6. Installed roller shades and vinyl corner panels in salon and pilothouse

7. Installed new window tinting throughout salon and pilothouse

8. Replaced salon furniture with new sleeper sofa

9. Installed new decor light fixtures in salon (aft port and starboard)

10. Replaced master stateroom headboard and frame upholstery

11. Replaced VIP stateroom bed frame upholstery

12. Removed port and starboard forward cabinet doors in VIP stateroom and converted to shelves

13. Replaced cabinet door and trim in master stateroom (where TV was mounted)

14. Installed new Garmin electronics package, including GPSMAP 8612 chartplotters at lower helm

(2) and flybridge (1), GMR 18 xHD Radar, and Airmar B75 CHIRP transducer

15. Installed new VHF radios at both helms

16. Replaced microwave

17. Replaced ice maker

18. Installed new Shakespeare SeaWatch 19" HDTV Antenna and connected to all locations

19. Installed new sound system (salon, cockpit & flybridge with independent volume controls)

20. Installed SeaDek flooring in cockpit and flybridge

21. Re-painted boat bottom with Pettit Trinidad Pro Black antifouling paint

22. Painted exterior window trim/frames and black mask

23. Replaced duckbill valves for both VacuFlush toilets

24. Replaced macerator pump

25. Replaced tank level monitors (freshwater & blackwater tanks)

26. Installed new battery isolator on starboard engine

27. Replaced (2) 8D batteries

28. Replaced inverter

29. Replaced port fuel gauge

30. Replaced all interior lights with LEDs

31. Replaced engine room lights with LEDs

32. Replaced all thru-hulls (plastic above water line)

33. Serviced all thru-hull seacocks

34. Replaced horn air compressor

35. Cleaned fuel tanks

36. Changed engine oil and filters

37. Replaced engine coolant

38. Replaced fuel filters

39. Replaced impellers on both engines

40. Replaced zincs on rudder, trim tabs, hull, shaft and props

41. Performed prop scan and dynamic balance

42. Replaced windlass button covers on bow

43. Installed new screens on port holes

44. Installed 3 swim platform staple rails

45. Installed deck storage box on cockpit

46.water maker on board 

47. Props just tuned

1700 to 1800 rpm is 11-12 mph.
