POWER
Auxiliary propulsion power is provided by a Yamaha 9.9 HP four stroke gasoline
outboard motor.
Fuel is stored in the 5-gallon original steel fuel tank located beneath the cockpit,
and it is supplied to the engine via copper tubing, through in-line filter.
Both the steering and propulsion are controlled from the cockpit. The steering is by
tiller handle to the spade type fiberglass rudder, while shifting and throttle controls
are on the motor’s tiller handle.
