ACCOMMODATIONS: 

Starting Forward: The Owner's Cabin features a large double vee berth with insert, a vanity sink with wood framed mirror, a changing seat, a large cedar lined hanging locker, two (2) opening ports and a large overhead hatch, proving good light and ventilation. Continuing aft is the Main Salon. To starboard is an L-shaped settee and opposite to port is a straight settee. The upholstery is dark blue soft leatherette cushions. There is a bulkhead mounted folding table - when opened the leaf reaches to the port settee giving you a large table for all the crew. Aft to port you will find the ship's Navigation Station with aft facing chart table with chart storage under, plenty of room for electronics and storage drawers. Aft of the Nav Station is the enclosed Head featuring SeaLand Vacu Flush Marine Toilet, vanity with sink and a separate stall shower. Opposite to starboard is the ship's well laid out Galley with a double S/S sink with hot and cold pressure water, top and front load new Isotherm refrigeration/freezer unit, two burner propane cook top with oven, microwave oven and ample storage in lockers and drawers. Furthest aft of the galley is the Guest Cabin with a large, comfortable double berth, cedar lined hanging locker, reading lights and two (2) opening ports. Engine access is from under the companionway stairs and opening compartment in the aft stateroom. Her varnished cherry interior with varnished teak and holly sole are stunning. Exclusions: painting on port main bulkhead, brass clock and barometer.

COMMENTS: The Sabre 362 Sloop with wing keel of 4'8" draft is easily managed by two and was designed for high-performance luxury cruising. The hull design is a blend of Sabre/Jim Taylor design concepts, proven in transatlantic passages and offshore racing. On deck the Sabre 362 features feature a newer generation of styling which evolved from the Sabre 38 and 425. Her cockpit incorporates advanced ergonomics for comfort on extended passages. Self tailing Genoa winches are located close to the helm for convenience and ease of sailing. Below decks, the generous beam gives her a very spacious and open plan. The forward owner's cabin is especially large with a full width double berth and a convenient vanity sink to starboard. The main salon has a folding full width table that stores against the bulkhead when not in use. The chart table to port aft has ample lockers for recessed navigation instruments The L shaped Galley to starboard has ample storage in drawers and cabinets and has a double S/S sink, 2 burner cooktop w/oven and a microwave. The head aft to port has a Vacu Flush head, vanity sink and separate stall shower.
