
Blake Tice
As Bluewater’s Marketing Director, Blake leads the strategy and execution of organized marketing campaigns, event planning, and digital media initiatives that advance and unify the company’s brands. Having led the marketing department since 2017, Blake has played a key role in modernizing Bluewater’s marketing efforts, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting business growth across multiple channels.
Prior to joining the Bluewater team, Blake worked in the beverage distribution industry, where he developed promotional programs, led product launches, built brand recognition, and closely supported sales teams. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University, where he studied English and Marketing, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Integrated Mass Communications at Virginia Commonwealth University.
A native of the Hampton Roads area, Blake grew up on the bay and developed a lifelong passion for boating, fishing, and the outdoors. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, running, camping, traveling, and—most importantly—spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and their daughters, Adelynne and Annabelle.
