Bobby Randolph

Born and raised on the Intracoastal waterways of Stuart, Florida—known as the “Sailfish Capital of the World”—Bobby has carried a passion for boating and the water his entire life. At a young age, he was managing and operating a 50’ motor yacht, and after attending Florida State University, he obtained his Merchant Mariner Credential and currently holds a USCG 200 Ton Master Captain’s License.

Bobby’s career advanced into the elite sport fishing tournament circuit, where he captained vessels ranging from 50’ to 80’ while competing in some of the world’s top tournaments. Throughout his career, he has led crews, maintained vessels to bristol condition, and managed every aspect of vessel performance both on the water and in the shipyard. His extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of yacht operations, maintenance, and the telltale signs of a truly well-built and properly maintained vessel.

In addition to his time at sea, Bobby has extensive experience in custom yacht production and high-end refits. His project portfolio includes customer builds with Paul Mann Custom Boats and Miller Marine, as well as major refit projects involving Viking Yachts, Burger Yachts and Lazzara Yachts, ranging from 60’ to over 100’. Serving as a trusted liaison between owners and builders, Bobby has been responsible for ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, functionality, and performance.

Today, Bobby leverages his lifelong experience to facilitate Yacht Sales and Builds, bridging the gap between design, craftsmanship, and owner expectations. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, he continues to help clients navigate the boating and yachting lifestyle with confidence.

Outside of his professional career, Bobby is a loving husband and devoted father who enjoys spending time on the water and golf course with his family in and around Jupiter, Florida.
