The vessel was never used and the business sold, however, the owner kept “DUKE” to continue his 4.2 year adventure to battle with the USCG and finally achieve his goal…a re-built vessel that now has a USCG COI for 28 passengers and captain and crew
to take visitors on skippered charters.
