Hatteras Yachts Appoints Bluewater Yacht Sales as East Coast Dealer
See the Next Generation of Hatteras in Fort Lauderdale
Bluewater Yacht Sales is proud to announce a new exclusive partnership with Hatteras Yachts as the East Coast dealer for the iconic sportfishing brand. Hatteras has a 67-year history of boatbuilding, with more than 7,500 hulls built, making it one of the most prolific manufacturers in the history of the industry. Since being acquired in 2021 by White River Marine Group, the Hatteras team has worked diligently to create the next generation of elite luxury sportfish with the introduction of the 77 Convertible and 48 Walkaround Express. Each of these models follows the Hatteras legacy of building innovative and luxurious yachts engineered for the harshest offshore conditions.
The partnership between Bluewater and Hatteras is a natural fit, with Hatteras’s New Bern, NC, facility just minutes from Bluewater’s Beaufort headquarters. With ten locations between Maryland and South Florida, Bluewater is well-positioned to represent the brand with deep boatbuilding expertise and a strong service network through Safe Harbor Marinas. Bluewater also has a longstanding relationship with Hatteras, having represented the line as both Bluewater and Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales. “Hatteras has a proud heritage and deep ties to our company, our team, and our community,” said Bluewater VP of Operations Randy Ramsey.
“We’re incredibly proud to represent the brand again and excited to introduce this next generation of Hatteras yachts to our customers. With our shared history, proximity, and commitment to building and supporting exceptional boats, we believe there’s tremendous opportunity ahead for both Bluewater and Hatteras.”
Together, Bluewater and Hatteras will build on the brand’s storied legacy while introducing the next generation of Hatteras yachts to owners throughout the East Coast. Hull No. 1 of the new 77 Convertible will be on display at the 2026 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Contact a Bluewater Yacht Sales Hatteras specialist to learn more.
