A New Trendsetter Emerges from Regulator Marine
In the highly competitive center console market, where performance and build quality are non-negotiable, Regulator Marine has once again demonstrated why its boats are often referred to as a standard-bearer in the offshore space. The all-new Regulator 35 sits firmly in the midsize offshore category but punches above its weight in terms of ride quality, structural integrity, and integrated systems.

Hull Design & Power
The Regulator 35’s deep-V hull, designed by David Clubbs, carries 24 degrees of deadrise at the transom and substantial forward flare. This design yields impressive seakeeping in offshore conditions, maximizing lift while minimizing any pounding. The hull and stringers are bonded with high-strength adhesives and injected with foam, delivering a superiorly strong, yet quiet structure that contributes to strength and durability.
Integrated Helm
At the helm, the Regulator 35 comes pre-rigged for Yamaha Helm Master EX, including full joystick control, SetPoint® GPS station-keeping, and multi-mode autopilot. Twin 22-inch Garmin MFDs (standard on the factory electronics package) are flush-mounted into a tempered glass dash, accompanied by a custom switch panel with stainless push-button backlighting.
The boat’s entire electrical and NMEA 2000 backbone is neatly routed through a centralized digital switching system, offering full helm and mobile app control over onboard systems, from lighting to livewell pumps.
All-new and standard on the Regulator 35 is Regulator’s new E-Hub Lithium Battery System designed to extend time on the water while cutting the fuss out of a traditional genset.

Fishing Functionality
The Regulator 35 is purpose-built for pelagic pursuits. The cockpit offers aft-facing mezzanine seating over a rigging station, massive in-deck fishboxes with macerator pumps, and a 43-gallon pressurized livewell built into the transom. Rod holders are standard on the gunwales, T-top legs, and across the transom, with optional outriggers and kingfish rod holders available to bring the rod holder total to 49!

Forward, the seating conceals additional insulated storage capable of holding ice or gear, while beneath-deck access to pumps and through-hull fittings is made easy via a dedicated, illuminated mechanical space—another hallmark of Regulator’s serviceable design philosophy. The Sea Chest in the new Regulator 35 is the same spec’d by the U.S. Navy. This self-cleaning and self-flushing system protects raw water systems and eliminates the need for cleaning a raw water strainer.
Unusually spacious for a center console in this class, the console cabin includes a fully enclosed head with electric marine toilet, holding tank and freshwater sink. The main berth converts from a seating area to a full-length bunk with overnight capabilities thanks to space savings from the E-Hub Lithium Battery System.
Peak Performance
Regulator’s build process incorporates all-fiberglass grid stringers, composite transoms, and a fully bonded liner-to-hull construction for maximum rigidity. Through-bolted hardware, 316L stainless fixtures, and powder-coated pipework all meet or exceed ABYC and NMMA standards.
“Every new model introduction gives us the chance to level up our offering to Regulator owners and fans, said Joan Maxwell, President and co-founder of Regulator Marine.”

New Levels of Technology & Efficiency
The Regulator 35 introduces the company’s exclusive new E-Hub Lithium Battery System as standard equipment. The E-Hub system includes three 300-amp hour batteries that essentially replace the need for a generator, essentially eliminating the associated noise, fumes and fuel consumption.
Seamlessly managed via Regulator MyHelm™ the E-Hub extends time on the water for angling and day trips alike: fish for hours while running the gyro and Garmin MFDs or let the family out at the sandbar while still running the A/C and watching the game.

Regulator Marine is the first recreational boating brand to carry the new Dometic DG3 Gyro Stabilizer as optional equipment. This new technology boasts industry-leading performance and energy efficiency with faster spin times, less maintenance, and lower power draw then competing brands.
The new technology featured in the Regulator 35 is sure to expand to other models in their lineup as the Regulator family remains dedicated to building offshore center consoles that deliver on their unyielding dedication to innovation, quality, fit-and-finish, and performance.
