My Bluewater experience was top notch. I have known Hank socially for about 5 years. I contacted him last November to list my 32ft Carolina Classic, knowing that Winter is not the best time of year to be selling boats. Hank had a contract on my boat before May 1. We were vey happy with the sales price and entire process. Hank knew we were interested in the used regulator market. He had us under contract on our new boat in less than 2 weeks! Once again the process was swift and efficient. After closing he coordinated a service punch list with your service department. We requested a deadline for completion and it was ready for pickup on the exact day. My new to me 32ft regulator is a dream come true. The “eye candy” looks just like it came off of the showfloor in 2008!
We took delivery on Friday June 28. We gave her a quick once over at the dock and met a young man named “Nick”. Nick directed us to Karin to square up on my service bill. Nick returned to the boat with us. He then noticed that one of the Yamahas was not pumping water. He left and quickly returned with a heavy piece of mono and unclogged the discharge. It was hot and late on a Friday afternoon and he went above and beyond to make our initial voyage a “bucket list” afternoon.
All of my dealings were with Hank, Megan, Karin and Nick. All four are equally amazing representatives for BYS!
I am as well in the service business. My company sells and services residential appliances. I am very familiar with good and bad service and I am a firm believer that any company can sell goods but having a well run, customer friendly service experience sets us apart from the competition!
